Global Medical Volunteers is a foundation dedicated to the advancement of medical services and education in developing nations around the world.  This is an evolution of a foundation established by Dr. Zelikovsky in 1999 focused in Southeast Asia under the name MILPHAP-19.  Our mission has now expanded to other developing countries including Laos, Cambodia, Bhutan, and the remote areas of India.
